How is exclusivity granted?
Per region, after a 6-month trial period, once the agreed sales plan has been met.
What are the return terms?
Products with less than 30% of shelf life remaining are replaced by agreement.
Is marketing support free?
POS materials and tastings are free; shelf displays are provided subject to the sales plan.
How long does it take to sign a contract?
Usually 2–3 weeks from application to contract.
